Parcelle is a placement service. Tenants come to us looking for serviced apartments across Hong Kong, and we match them to operators who have what they need. When none of the operators we work with has the right flat free, we have nowhere to send that tenant. We would rather it was you.
What a referral looks like

Dates, budget, area and household size, checked by us before it reaches you.

Introduction
We put the tenant in touch with you directly. No middleman on the viewing.

Viewing and move-in
You show the unit and sign the tenancy on your own terms.

Referral fee
Invoiced after they move in, at the rate agreed beforehand.
There is no cost to work with us
We do not charge to be listed and we do not sell advertising. Our only income is the referral fee, which means we only make money when you fill a unit.
What we need from you
Current availability and honest pricing, kept roughly up to date. Unit types, sizes and monthly rates in whatever form you already keep them, a spreadsheet is fine. Photos help but are not needed to start, and we would need written permission before showing any. That is all.
