Jordan sits between Tsim Sha Tsui and Yau Ma Tei, with a more local street pattern and useful access to both the Tsuen Wan Line and Austin on the Tuen Ma Line.
Why choose Jordan
Jordan is for people who want the southern Kowloon position without living in the busiest part of Tsim Sha Tsui. The area is practical and street-level, with restaurants around Parkes Street, Temple Street at night, and Kowloon Park within walking distance from the south side.
It suits tenants who move between Tsim Sha Tsui, Mong Kok and Hong Kong Island during the week. On the Tsuen Wan Line, Tsim Sha Tsui is one stop south, Mong Kok is two stops north, Admiralty is two stops south and Central is three.
The western side of Jordan also gives access to Austin station on the Tuen Ma Line. That matters for PolyU students: from Austin, Hung Hom station is two stops away for The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
The trade-off is street character. Nathan Road is direct and busy. The side streets feel more local, and the blocks closer to Austin Road are better if the Tuen Ma Line is part of your routine.

Jordan is on the Tsuen Wan Line. Austin station on the Tuen Ma Line is a separate station to the west and can be useful from the Austin Road side of the district.

Austin is a separate station. The walk from Jordan depends on the exact address, with the Austin Road and West Kowloon side making the most sense.

- Kwun Tong Line At Mong Kok or Prince Edward
For Kowloon Tong, East Kowloon and Kwun Tong, stay on the Tsuen Wan Line to Mong Kok or Prince Edward and change there.
